The main part of the house consists, on the ground floor,
of a spacious living room along with a section comprising
a kitchen, storeroom, laundry and toilets, as well as
several covered terraces.
The first floor is made up of 4 bedrooms (with
double beds), with night-time air conditioning, each
equipped with a shower-room and toilet.
The annex contains high-quality sleeping accommodation
for 2, with further sleeping accommodation
for 2 on the ground floor.
The fully-fitted kitchen in the main house (oven,
4 burner hotplate with booster, micro-wave oven,
dishwasher, american refrigerator), comes with a
functional cellar and laundry room, (washing machine,
ironing equipment).
The annex and its kitchen are also fully equipped.
The fully-furnished house combines the antiques of the
ground-floor rooms (with an 80 cm TV set, hi-fi
unit, DVD’s, a restricted-line phone, wi-fi) with
the resolutely modern furniture of the first floor and
its terraces,(tables, reclining chairs) and their
keep-fit equipment : carpet of running and
elliptical crosstrainer.
The swimming pool, with a wave system, is maintained by a
professional once a week, as well as the spa, at the
beginning and the end of your stay. Cleaning is carried
out by outside personnel at the end of the stay.
Every nautical activity, many restaurants and shops can
be found in a 1 to 3 km radius.
