(nearby the Sacré-Cœur), including two houses, has
been converted into a very pleasant resort surrounded by
luxuriant vegetation , with a 18 by 12 meters swimming
pool (maintained by a
professional), with a gym and a private sauna (both
accessible for an optional fee).
This secure villa is fully fitted out as a real main
residence, which means that 6 people can be comfortably
accommodated.
The ground floor of the house consists of an "open
space", with its fully-fitted kitchen (oven, 4
burner hotplate, cooker hood, micro-wave oven,
dishwasher, american refrigerator), its bar , a spacious
living room with TV set and wi-fi, an eating area, a
shower room and toilets.
The first floor is made up of 2 bedrooms, each with a
queen-sized bed, a common shower room and a terrace with
its garden furniture looking down on the double diving
boarded swimming-pool.
Situated at the beginning of the backbone which crosses
the north of the island (the Trace Road), this « country
house in town » is ideally suited for the starting point
of a trip towards the Atlantic North or the Carib North
or The Balata Gardens, or for completing a stay in the
south of the island, even for business tourism off the
beaten track.
Usual renting from Saturday to Saturday or minimum stay
(priced) for 4 days a calendar week.
